Jon serves as Boston Property Development’s (BPD) Director of Operations. Jon has most recently been running his own development and design consulting firm but prior to that, served as the SVP of Development at BPD for over seven years where he was instrumental in permitting and constructing over $60MM in large scale residential developments.
Since entering the field, he has been involved in roughly $200MM in roles ranging from Project Designer and Director of Development to Construction Manager and Owner’s Rep. Jon began his career within multiple prominent Boston Architecture and Design firms where he gained vast experience working with clients such as Jamestown Properties, Caritas Health Care, Boston University, MIT and The Whitehead Institute.
Jon earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Boston Architectural College (BAC), where he received the Alpha Rho Chi Medal in recognition of his leadership. He has continued to serve the BAC community in multiple capacities such as the Press Coordinator and member of the construction team for the 2009 BAC/Tufts U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon entry, a member of the BAC’s Board of Trustees, Treasurer of the BAC Alumni Association, and a Studio Design Instructor.
He is a Member of the Massachusetts Charitable Mechanics Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Sophia Snow House, a senior living community in West Roxbury, MA
